While a double storey extension may seem like a much larger project to undertake than a single storey one, they’re often a more efficient way to add extra space to your home and cheaper than moving house when it comes to additional rooms for a growing family.
We were commissioned by a growing family to support them in the design of a two-storey rear extension and the planning application for this family home close to Great Missenden, in the heart of the Chilterns ANOB and Green Belt.
