We recently gained planning permission for a major commission, an Extension Design in Beaconsfield, the complete refurbishment of a large family home. Dating back to the 1500’s, with later additions the brief included the removal of two historic staircases, the insertion of an infill extension as well as floor levelling and the addition of a vaulted kitchen.
The project, within the Green Belt and ANOB had many challenges and the planning for such an extensive scheme required extensive knowledge of the newly revised planning policy and national planning framework.
Working closely with the client, their main contractor and selected partners, CPC combined with HEC to provide the detailed construction and design works necessary to complete the project. Build begins early 2024.
